Now you can create a row for the details of the particular class. On the other hand, make columns for the total number of students, the number of students present and the number of students absent. Also, leave a place where a teacher can write her name.

The main body of the sheet can be according to the time period of your sheet for example if you are making a monthly sheet then you need thirty small slots and for weekly sheet seven small slots. These small slots are for the present and absent marks. You have to create a big space for the names of the students and one slot for S.NO. On the top of each small slot mention the date and the day of that particular class.

The bottom part of the sheet can have some more information such as the name of the principle, her signature and the signature of the teacher. You can utilize the same sheet for the student’s attendance and the same sheet for teacher’s attendance all you need to do is to make few changes in it.
