The location where the painting was created should also be mentioned in the certificate. The name of the country is written normally but you can also write the name of the city if you have enough space on the certificate.
Another important thing to be mentioned in the certificate is the point where the work was printed.
Keep that in mind, that every certificate has a unique code or number. This number distinguishes one certificate from another. After giving the number, save the number in your record sheet.
The signature should also be included in the certificate along with the date of certification.
Include your contact information such as phone number, email address and also write the link address where the interested people can view the painting online. This will ensure that you are the real creator of the painting and hence your work will be more authenticated.
Also mention that the copyrights have been taken by the artist and that no one is allowed to copy the painting or idea of the painting without your permission.
You can also add care instruction at the end of the document which may include the instructions about handling the certificate.
