NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE

To Whom It May Concern,

Sincerely,

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Generator

Short Description

An NOC is what employees often need when applying for a visa, a loan, further studies abroad, or other situations where an outside party wants written confirmation that their employer has no objection to what they’re doing. The NOC Generator lets you produce this certificate in minutes — pick the purpose, add the employee’s details, and get a clean, formal document ready to print or hand over as a PDF, styled in a letterhead design that matches your company’s branding.

How to Use This Tool?

1. Add your branding (optional).
Upload your company logo — it stays in your browser and appears in the letter header, without ever being sent to a server. If you print on physical letterhead instead, check “Leave space at top for pre-printed letterhead” and set the height to reserve.

2. Fill in your company information.
Company name, address, and contact details. The date defaults to today, and a reference number is generated automatically (both editable).

3. Enter the employee’s details.
Add their name, employee ID (optional), job title, and department (optional). “Employed Since” is optional too — add it if you want the certificate to state how long they’ve been with the company.

4. Choose the purpose of the NOC.
Pick from Visa Application, Travel Abroad, Bank Loan, Further Studies, or Other. Add details if relevant — a destination country for travel, a loan type for a bank loan, a field of study, or a custom purpose if you picked “Other.” These details get woven naturally into the certificate’s wording.

5. Set an expiry date (optional).
Many NOCs are only valid for a limited time. If that applies here, add a “Certificate Valid Until” date and the letter will include a line stating that. Leave it blank for a certificate with no stated expiry.

6. Choose a wording style.
Standard, Detailed/Formal, or Concise — each rewrites the actual certification language to match the tone you’re after.

7. Pick a letterhead design.
Six options sit in a scrollable row above the live preview — Classic Corporate, Modern Bold, Minimal Executive, Traditional Formal, Sidebar Accent, and Two-Tone Block. Click any one and the preview updates instantly.

8. Fill in who’s issuing the certificate and any extra notes.
Add the issuer’s name and title (typically HR), plus anything else worth mentioning that isn’t covered elsewhere.

9. Check the live preview as you go.
The certificate builds itself in real time on the right. Anything left blank simply won’t appear — you won’t see bracketed placeholder text in a printed copy.

10. Print or save as a PDF.
The “Print / Save as PDF” button sits in the top-right toolbar. Clicking it opens your browser’s print dialog — print a hard copy, or choose “Save as PDF” for a digital file the employee can submit electronically. The certificate prints cleanly on its own, with no extra blank pages and nothing from your website’s layout showing up.

11. Reset for the next certificate.
The “Reset” button clears every field, removes the logo, and returns the design to default, so you’re ready for the next request.

A note on purpose selection: the “Other” option leaves the wording almost entirely up to what you type in the Details field, so it’s worth being specific there — a vague entry like “personal reasons” will read a little thin in a formal certificate, whereas something concrete (e.g., “opening a business bank account”) reads much more credibly to whoever the employee is submitting this to.
