Start with a little introduction of yourself and an introduction of the organization (if you are presenting on behalf of an organization).
Introduce your audience to the cause or the agenda of your presentation. Give them a brief overview within first few minutes.
Start with a detailed analysis of the problem which the world is facing related to the healthy environment.
Link the facts and figures adequately. Don’t overwhelm the data; as it might confuse the audience.
Use graphics very wisely. Represent the figures with the help of graphs so as to help the audience understand the seriousness of a problem. For example the consumption of fuels over the last few years, the cutting of trees from the globe or the depletion of ozone etc.
No doubt a picture says a thousand words. A persuasive photograph of a starving kid or a diseased bird or animal can be much persuasive and compelling than any other such source.
If possible consider including videos showing your point of view. Videos of humans helping for good causes are also very persuasive.
Try to create a sense of responsibility by showing a little threat to the habitat we are living in. But make sure not to include too much negativity as it might result in panic and over seriousness of some of the audience.
