For the safe side mention the source of payment whether it is via credit card or cash payment. If it is through a credit card then there should be a column where you can take the signature of the customer.

The font size matters a lot it should be written in a normal font so one can read it, however, in my opinion, the graphics don’t matter it can be simple, but make sure that the receipt is attractive and well-organized that a person doesn’t need to spend a lot of time.
